Katie Frendreis

Katie Frendreis grew up in Chicago, reading mythology and illustrating her own fantastical adventures. She earned her BA in Classical Civilization from Loyola University and has worked in such diverse places as museums, dance studios, and funeral homes. Publications include Mourned By Men (World Castle Publishing, 2023) and a sci-fi short story, “Poison Dance,” which received an honorable mention in the Writers’ Playground 6th Challenge.
